Services : Madhup healthcare LLP offers diagnostic pathology services to Users, including but not limited to collection of samples, conducting tests and generating test reports (“Services”) through various modes/channels like website, collection centres, tele-calling, home-collection, Partners, third-party websites/applications. Your transactions with the Madhup healthcare LLP through any of the aforesaid modes shall be governed by these T&C.

 

Madhup healthcare LLP shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of Madhu healthcare llp, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure. You shall be solely responsible for any type of inconvenience suffered by You due to late show-up, rescheduling, or cancellation of confirmed appointments, differences in the fee charged, and other allied difficulties. Madhup healthcare LLP and its Directors, employees, doctors shall not be responsible and liable for any claim, damages, compensation by whatsoever name called, arising from any claim, complaint or litigation filed by any patients/clients except in the event of a deliberate act or omission of its staff or personnel leading to a defect in the investigation/report/test carried out by it. Liability of Madhup healthcare LLP in any case shall be limited to only an amount equivalent to the payment made by patient/client towards such test(s).
